Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow up to 5 days to process your order. We will process as fast as we can, but we only do so during our store hours. Expect an email to let you know your order is either on the way or ready for pick up.

Orders can be picked up during store hours, Tues-Sat 9-4:30. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
Shipping is through UPS. Shipping time can be up to 8 business days. We currently charge a $9 flat rate for shipping as we are new to shipping items. We will continue to update our shipping rates to best help customers and our business, mutually. 

At checkout you will be given an estimated arrival, but it may be shorter.

Please remember, we do not accept returns or exchanges, for the sake of our consignors. Thank you.
