How to Book
Select "Book your slot" at the bottom of the page. At the top of the window that opens, you will be required to select a staff member. Please check under BOTH staff members for total availability (if staff member 1 is not available, staff member 2 might be). There may also be days we are short staffed and only 1 staff member is available. Our appointments are only on Fridays and Saturdays so be on the lookout for availability on those days. Once you select a date and time, You will be asked for some information required for your appointment. Once you have finished booking, you will receive a confirmation email. If you need to re-schedule or cancel, there will be a link in that email to do so.

Appointment Procedure
Please arrive on time for your appointment. When you arrive for your appointment, bring your consignment in through the door on the right side of the building. There is a chain-link fence that you can park in front of. Once your items are inside, you will fill out our contract. You are then free to shop around or wait in the nearby area while our staff works on your consignment. Each appointment slot is one hour. During that hour our staff will look through and log your items into our computer system. We will then ask you to come to the back of the store and give back any items that we could not accept, your item list, and your expiration date for those items.
Please note: There may be times that our staff can not finish logging your items into our system during your appointment time. In that case, they will finish logging them outside of your appointment time and email you your list and expiration date for those remaining items.

Consignment Limits
Please follow our intake limits as we only have the scheduled time available. You may bring a maximum of 2 containers per appointment to carry your items in. What do we consider a container? 1 container of clothing = A 13 gallon Hefty Kitchen Bag. 1 container of home decor = A 20 gallon storage tote. These are our maximum sizes. You can bring other containers (shopping bags, boxes, laundry baskets, etc...) but please make sure they are no larger than these specified restraints. Not only is it too much for one appointment, but it is also difficult for you to carry into the store. These constraints do not include larger home decor pieces (pictures, lamps, wreaths, accent furniture, etc...). You may also bring those pieces in addition to your 2 containers.

Jewelry
If you have ONLY jewelry and nothing else, please do not schedule an appointment. You can bring it in any time during store hours and our staff will label it and pass it on to our jewelry expert. If you have jewelry in addition to other items, bring it to your appointment and our staff will label it and then pass it on to our jewelry expert.
