Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. The Consignment Chick does not accept returns or exchanges. Once you purchase an item, our consignors are paid out and we have no way to refund. Please be mindful of this when purchasing. To ease your mind, our employees spend a lot of time inspecting items to make sure that they are not damaged. We only accept items in good condition. We are as descriptive as possible to inform you on the item you are purchasing.
